Accounting Strata Fee/Charge Payments

Many owners find it convenient to sign up for automatic withdrawals of their strata fees and recurring monthly charges, such as locker or parking fees.  By signing a Pre-Authorized Debit Form Obsidian will ensure that each month your fees are taken out of your account by way of an Electronic Fund Transfer ("EFT").  A copy of the blank form is below.

Under section 146 of the Strata Property Act of British Columbia, Landlords are required to file a Form K with the strata corporation for each existing and new tenant.  For ease we have provided the form below.
