Obsidian is a licensed real estate brokerage that provides both Strata Management Services and Rental Property Management Services as per the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.

Our Story

Obsidian Property Management Ltd. (“Obsidian”) was founded on November 22nd, 2012 by Sean & Celeste Michaels. Sean & Celeste founded Obsidian on principles that focus on improvement: improvements in service, professional standards, best practices, and environmental responsibility.
