Strata Management & Rental Property Management Brokerage

Obsidian Property Management Ltd. (“Obsidian”) is a licensed brokerage under the Real Estate Service Act of British Columbia to provide Strata Management and Rental Property Management Services to the public in British Columbia.

We founded Obsidian in November of 2012 with the purpose of improving the client’s experience by raising the standards of our profession. We do this by ensuring that we are always compliant with legislation, regulation, and best practices in our field of expertise.
